i want to know about a Contractor( for Electirfication with Material contract)
I mean the Indirect tax implication
what option he has to discharge VAT liability like In Delhi He Can opt Composition Scheme By paying 3% or 4 %
or
Charge 12.5 % on Material Value in contract and Claim input VAt paid on Purchases( Local )
I tried to find on the Net about VAT procedure in UP, But could not get it.
Pl guide me about the aforesaid.
