Dear Experts,
Provide me the witness clause of new companies act 2013 i'm already submitted but they reject my ROC form for the reason your witness clause is not proper as per cos act 2013. kindly provide the new format of witness clause as per cos act 2013.

The witness has to write in his/her own handwriting the following sentence in the subscription sheet oF MOA and AOA then sign and write his/her name and address below.
I witness the above ....(number) subscribers who have subscribed and signed in my presence on the .....day of.... 2015 at my office at...... Further, I have verified their identity details for their identification and satisfied myself of their identification particulars as filled in.
