How we claim withholding tax in cy while the date of certificate fall in next year however we provide all the service in c.y

You mean TDS if it is so refer 26AS in which AY the credit appear, it will appear in cy. Date of certificate is not relevant.

Show the income in current year and claim the relief for the tax with held in the CY Linking of tax credit is not required for withholding tax.
