I want to know that a person work as cinematographer, so which return should he/she file????????

For which Assessment Year you want to File the Return.

Assesses who are carrying out business or profession and having gross receipts/turnover is less than Rs 1 crore, than ITR-4S is applicable (under presumptive income as per section 44AD & 44AE of the Income Tax Act). If assessee have turnover/gross receipts of more than Rs. 1 crore than he will have to file ITR-4.

Income is less than 10 lacs. And accountant file ITR 4 every time.
So it is wrong or right???
Now for AY 17-18 Which ITR should file??

Previous AY's are Upto 2016-17 ITR 4 is file your accountant.
Now, It's changed ITR 4 to ITR 3....

If you ll be continue the same ITR.... You can file now ITR 3. it's also ITR 4 for previous AY's

these are AY or FY....?
don't be confused ITR 4 is AY 16-17.
The ITR 4 is now ITR 3 in AY 17-18......

OK it means that nowonwards i.e. for FY 27-18 I can file ITR 3
