Which Option is Select in Form 26Q in Annexure –I

In Form 26Q Annexure-I Paid by Book Entry or Otherwise (420) only Two Options are available i.e. Yes/No.

An Assesse which option is select for Below First Point and An Assessee which Option is Select for Below Second Point

1. An Individual Assessee Amount Paid/Credit, TDS Deduct and Paid Details

Amount Paid/Credit 25-02-2009 Rs. 10,000
TDS Deduct 28-2-09 and paid 07-Mar-09

2. An Individual Assessee TDS Deduct by Provision made in the Month of 31st Mar-09 and paid Aprl-09
Amount Paid/Credit 31-03-2009 Rs. 15,000
TDS Deduct 31-3-09 and paid 07-April-09

This option is select on basis of TDS Paid Date or Gross Amount Paid Date. Please tell its very Urgent.

04 June 2009 Please note that this option needs to used by following deductors:

In case deductor is govt (state or central) local authority body : they will select by Book Entry i.e Yes.

That means they paid tds just by transfer of book entry to central govt.

In case deductor is other than specified above they need to select always otherwise i.e No.
Beacuse they paid tds by online payment & hence will always be categorized as "NO"

Sir you tell No is selected in Challan Filling Status, but in Annexure-I Filling is also containing Paid by Book Entry or Other Wise the above cases which option I Select i.e. Yes/No. Please Tell
