which form and where can i file the return?

He is a Private Insurance Agent, Commision earned for the FY:2006-07 still he was not filed. Now he wants to file his return in this year. whether it is possible to file or not? He don't wants to audit his records and in which form and where can he file? Please suggest me?

Better you can file it online and from the date of filing with in 15 days you get sign from the assesse in the acknowledgement and then submit to the department
If an assessee has many expenses then you prepare P & L account then file Form ITR IV or otherwise treat under income from other sources & file ITR I
