Which country tax is applicable ?

23 July 2015 Hi,

I want to open a company for tech support. I have the options to register it either in US or India but i am confused about the taxes applicable to it.

company services will we rendered from the Indian soil to US customers....just like a bpo.

Where shall i register the company for economical taxation on my company?

23 July 2015 As the services will be rendered from India and on economical taxation also register the company in India.

I will register it in India and US both.
Please help me with one more question...
let's say i deliver the service of $100 to a client in US. the client will be billed with the services tax on it.

Shall i bill him with
$ "100+14" (14% of Indian tax)
OR
$ "100+6" (6% is a tax in florida) ? How much do i have to pay to Indian Govt on such transactions...Please share any link for more info, if possible.

29 July 2015 As you are providing service out side the taxable territory no service tax payable on service rendered in US.
You have to bill it $ 100.

You have to pay 30% income tax in India less any tax on income paid in US.
