whwther TDS Will be deducted on RTGS and NEFT payment to service provider.

As per Tds applicability you have to make deduction. so please read the limit carefully.
eg. TDS on Contractor : 30 K or 75 K on yly basis.
Professtional : 30K
etc

Yes tds will b deducted if applicable, mode of payment doesn't matter
