Whether rcm is applicable or not under legal consultancy

02 July 2015 Our company has got interim search report generated through an advocate. THe advocate has raised the invoice as Legal Fees for Title Rs.30000 less discount Rs.5000= total Rs.25000. On top of Invoice he has mentioned as Interim Search Report for properties.

He has raised another invoice of Rs.12000 mentioning the same as expenses for typing, zerox, process fees, out of pocket exp. etc.

Whether RCM is applicable on both the invoices under Legal and Consultancy Services? Pls reply.
