SIR PLEASE TELL ME WHAT IS DATE OF TO FILL BALANCE SHEET IN FIRM AND COMPANY .SIR ALSO TOLD ME COMPANY AUDITED THEIR ACCOUNT IN 30 SEPTEMBER.WHEN THEY FILL(DATE)BALANCE SHEET.IS THE DATE SAME IN FIRM AND COMPANY.PLEASE SIR HELP ME I M CONFEUSED ABOUT THIS QYESTION.

In case of Firm, if the firm is NOT liable to be audited then the Firm has to file the Income Tax return, with Balance Sheet and P&L before 31st July, 2010.
If a firm is liable to be audited, the due date is 30Th September.
The company needs to get its accounts audited, so the audited return is to be filed along with Balance Sheet and P&L before 30th September, 2010.
