A flat is purchased from builder, which was under construction.Date of agreement to sell from builder is 30/05/2012.But flat actually allotted in May 2016.Kindly Reply what will be the date of acquisition.Whether it will be long term capital asset.

The date of acquisition is the date of agreement to sell, so it is a long term capital asset.
