What to do after invalid return

I have not filed rectified defective u/s.139(9) in time, now my return is treated as invalid. I am not able to submit return as it is not showing in the menu "E-file in response to Notice u/s.139(9) or in my pending actions Please advise what to do.

File return again as original belated return u/s 139(4).
