To start EXPORT BUSINESS what documents we need to submit to govt.as TRADER and as MANUFACTURER

You could visit the cbec.gov.in site for procedure & documents for registration.
Normally the documents are A-1 application + statust proof ( memorandum/ partnership deed copy) + proof of location, Self Attested PAN card/ allottment letter. Provide covering letter and get application acknowledged on covering letter also detailing the attachments.
