I AM WORKING A MFG. CO. MY COMPANY BUILDING IS UNDER CONSTRUCTION. PLEASE CLARIFY THAT WHICH AMOUNT I WILL DEDUCT FROM CONTRACTORS BILL?

NORMALLY, TDS ON WORKS CONTRACT APPLIES ON EVERY PAYMENT MADE TO THE CONTRACTORS TILL THE TOTAL CONTRACT VALUE IS PAID.
