i am purchase machinery from gujrat he is asking issued Advance way bill? this is correct or not? my query is i am selling material to gujrat i am issued cst way bill present

Under APVAT Act, 2005, Way bills are required to be issued in Advance in case of CST (Interstate transactions) by the purchasing dealer if the goods are covered in the Sensitive list of Commodities which is notified by AP COmmercial Taxes Department. The list is available in www.apct.gov.in under left side menu of the portal. However, you can issue advance CST way bill to Gujarat supplier for purchasing the equipment.
