Generally unlisted companies do not maintain their balance sheets on their website. Hence it would be difficult to provide for teh same.
However, please specify your objective. The format does not change even if it is a listed company.

If you have a list of such companies, then you can obtain the balance sheets from MCA by going through the search option.
If the company is listed, then the annual report would be available on the company's site.
