Could you please help me to find out the P&L and Balance Sheet or Report of Unlisted Company on quarterly besis. or is ther any web link available

17 June 2010 Generally unlisted companies do not maintain their balance sheets on their website. Hence it would be difficult to provide for teh same.

However, please specify your objective. The format does not change even if it is a listed company.

I am interested in annual report (B/s & P/L) of companieswhich active in the maritime sector particularly in the seaport / terminal operations. Can you please advise me how can get the report

17 June 2010 If you have a list of such companies, then you can obtain the balance sheets from MCA by going through the search option.

If the company is listed, then the annual report would be available on the company's site.

Try to see Mundra Port and SEZ site. Pipavav shipyard site
