Is it correct that from Partnership firm we cann't make payments for Pvt. Ltd. Company for which expenses they incurred....

We can make payments from firm on behalf of a pvt ltd company.
Only the point should bear in mind is that if tds is applicable then pvt ltd should pay the same.
