20 July 2015 if NRI person having residential property in india and given to NRI who is residing in india

Rental income flow is from NRE account to NRE account
both owner and tenant having NRE a/c and transcatio done through that a/c only

what is tax liability for both person...

20 July 2015 doesn't matter where the money was received...it is taxable in India...

tenant doesn't pay any tax on rent paid anyways

is still taxable when transcation is done through NRE a/c to NRE

please provide me any circular/notification/link for this

and one more thing 15 CA/15 CB is required in this case
