Very very urgent issue relate to freight

18 October 2018 Dear Experts,
We have charged the freight in invoice of 1644/- also we have paid the same amount to the transporter. Although even I have charged the tax on freight in invoice. Pls clarify in this case since in have paid the freight whether I have to pay the 5% tax under RCM in spite charging tax in invoice........

19 October 2018 Yes you have to pay 5% under RCM, since you have paid the freight.

31 October 2018 Dear sir.... we want to send the raw materials for job work. although we have already avai led the ITC on purchase of Raw materials. Pls clarify my following doubt relate to job work :- for job work materials will be send by delivery challan inclusive applicable tax thereon whether tax charged on delivery challan shall be added in out output tax liability if yes whether job worker can avail the ITC thereof or not... by which document job worker will send the goods to us will he charge the tax

01 November 2018 But sir rule 55(1) of cgst state that delivery challan must content the applicable tax also in challan
