14 September 2016 If tds has been deducted by foreign company (myanmar) at the time of payment made to indian company.
so how we can claim tax credit in india.
what documents required to claim tax credit

As per my understanding there is no DTAA bw india and myanmar regarding technical service.

please advise.

14 September 2016 you acquire the TAX credit certificate from the payer.
You can claim the same while filing your income tax return
