Can anyone tell me the complete information regarding audit for venture capital fund?? SEBI guidelines for the audit of Venture capital Fund??

you can refer to SEBI FVCI regulations. For US GAAP assignments, refer to US GAAP Manual of audit of investment companies. Also please pay attention to SFAS 157 on fair value. If you require any information, feel free to contact me.
