Whether Vehicles Registration Expenses, if paid in cash of amount more than Rs.20,000/- is allowed u/s 40A(3)?

Capitalize the Vehicles Registration Expenses of new vehicle then it is not disallowed.

Even otherwise, it would not be disallowed since it is paid to Deputy R.T.O i.e Government.
