Do any one have writeup on VAT TDS what is it.... etc....

VAT -TDS like Income tax TDS only, while paying amount against your VAT bill rasied to customer, the customer need to need the the percentage of VAT deductible in your bill, the same deducted amount need to pay to Govt, by the deductor, and the same can be claimed by you in your monthly return, before VAT audit you need to collect the TDS certifcate for the deduction

thanks ramesh........ but want to know if i am deducting vat tds, then what is the guide lines and am i suppose to file the return of the same..........
