11 August 2011 one proprietary firm which manufacturing brick and supplies

can i raise vat invoice for bricks sold separate

and service tax invoice for transport separately under one firm
what consequences arise in future if follow such practice ?

23 August 2011 you can raise separate invoice, but as per Transport for both , but some vat act in assessable value need to added transport & freight also. so please check the same and raise accordingly
