Vat registration for retail medical shop

with reference to the above we have doubt which type of registration to be sought in case of retailer medical shop, voluntary registration in composition scheme, please clarify our issue.

07 January 2015 From 1 oct 2014 there is a major changes done by the mvat department in the composition scheme available in mvat act.refer the trade circular no 17T of 2014 dated 20-09-2014.which is available on departmental site.two option provided by department.you can pay 1 % of total turnover of sale done by you.or you can pay 1.5% of total taxable turnover (without including tax free sale ) in both the cases you have to give the details of purchase parties in form of annexture j-2
