Can anyone please tell me the tax rates of following items?
1. Calcium Sandoz Tablets
2. Otrivin Paediatric Spray
3. CALBOROL

Generally, these are treated to be Drugs and Medicines and are not under food supplements. Hence, the taxable VAT rates shall be 5% under APVAT Act and also the lower rate genrally applicable for drugs and mediicines for other states.
In case of food supplements which are commercialized, the VAT rate shall be the higher rate. IN AP, it is 14.5%.
