The rate of tax is 15 % w.e.f 09/03/2011 on
All types of Motor Vehicles (other than tractors)
including two and three wheelers including their parts
and accessories..

If your transaction took place before 09 March 2011, VAT could be at 5% on certain motor parts.
For transactions on or after 09 March 2011, VAT rate is 15% on motor spare parts.

For transactions on or after 09 March 2011, VAT rate is 15% on motor spare parts.
