What is the vat rate on glass cleaner, floor cleaner, toilet cleaner in all india. is any legal proof please upload

Goods such glass cleaners,toilet,or floor cleaners,disinfectants,etc are chargeable with 14.5%(full rate).Most of the states have similar rates.They are not included in schedules,which means full rate is applicable......mjk
