Dear Experts,
In installation & AMC the bill contains only service tax. Is the product transfered in installation and in AMC (in course of any fault) not subject to VAT. the Bill is for Cable laying?

If the amount of goods is very small or the AMC contract is in the nature of composite, charging of service tax on whole amount is correct.
