17 April 2010 IF A DEALER IS REGISTERED IN VAT AND GOODS PURCHASES WITH VAT BUT SELLS ONLY IN KACCHE BILL WITHOUT BILL AND WITHOUT VAT BECAUSE PURCHASER DOESNOT PAY VAT HIM BECAUSE THEY CAN PURCHASE THE GOODS IN KACCHE WITHOUT BILL FROM ANYWHERE

SO IN THIS SITUATION WHAT SHOULD HE(REGISTERED DELEAR) DO.

18 April 2010 If Registered dealer purchase from un registered dealer it will be check by department. after exemption limit unregistered dealer under in scan. he will lible to tax and penality.

18 April 2010 Various state having different procdure some staes if a register dealer purchased from unregistered dealer the liability of the URD VAT come to the purchasing person he should incorporate the URD purchases in his return and pay tax .but incase the dealer coming under exemption for registration you need to check the particular State VAT act

19 April 2010 I think the experts have misunderstood the case. I think the queriest wants to say that he is purchasing from RD and selling without proper invoices.

I think the only problem he may face is in determination of his sales turnover, being the same will not be supported by bills. Accordingly the dealer shyould maintain his accounts accordingly.
