06 January 2015 if i purchases woden of rs 100000 and paid 15000 vat on it..total amount paid by me rs115000..
so can i take back vat amount from govt??
is it refundable ? if yes then how

06 January 2015 if u r eligible to take credit of input on vat output paid by you.. then you can.. depends on what sort of business u r engaged in...
