As per the revised guidelines for valuation of shares Discounted free cash flows method is allowed. In the case of a company which has not started earning profits/cash flows. how the method of valuation is possible. Under these circumstances the net assets value method is acceptable

No DCF is mandatory. There are ways to make the DCF even in cases mentoned by you.
