10 January 2012 Please let me know for how many years PCC registration is valid and from which date to calculate the period. Whether it is from the date of articleship registration or from the date of first exam due or else

16 January 2012 Thank You for your reply. But there is still some doubt in my mind.
Ok I have got my letter referred as "has been registered for PCC cum articleship dated 13.03.2007" and letter dated 16.05.2007. So as per date 13.03.2007 the 5 years will be completing on 12.03.2012. So I wont be able to give exam for May 2012??!! Please clarify.

* **PCC (Professional Competence Course)** registration is **valid for 5 years** from the **date of registration** (i.e., the date mentioned in your registration letter).
* So, **your registration dated 13.03.2007** will **expire on 12.03.2012**.

* Unfortunately, **you will *not*** be eligible to appear for the **May 2012 attempt**, because:

* Exam forms for May 2012 would typically be submitted in **Feb–March 2012**, at which time your registration will have **already expired**.

If your PCC registration expired before your exam attempt:

1. **Apply for Revalidation**:
