please let me know the procedure for formation of private limited company where i want to use the word "international".
is there any separate fees i have to pay for using this word in my company's name?

Dear Friend, For use of International the Authorised Capital of your company should be Rs. 5.00 crore. Now you have to pay ROC charges and other formation charges on Rs. 5.00 crore authorised capital. Thanks
