presently i am persuing ca articleship.

kindly tell me when does the institute will ask for my bank pass book to check if stipend has been deposite or not??

Also will the institute ask for my income tax return that i have been filing???

If required then they can ask the bank pass book for confirmation that the stipend is provided by cheque or DD and not by cash to the student by principle.

They can not ask you to show the ITR for articleship purpose from students.

11 January 2013 practically institute does not ask for bank pass book in normal cases.
