What are the documents required to be submitted with Form 109? and can we take the print out from CA website and fill and submit it to the regional CA institute? Will the date of transfer (w.e.f.) be counted in the articleship period. I worked on 12th and I will be going to the institute on 13th. so i m writing 12th. it will be counted at articleship period, wont it?

With form no.109, a reason for transfer to be specified if its after 1yrfrom articleship., if within 1yr from the date then just filling form 109 with full details will suffice., and till day of transfer your articleship will b counted.
