26 June 2010 pls tell me the order in which MCA forms to be filed. 20b/23b/23aca/23ac

26 June 2010 You have not mentioned 20B for which period?

If it is for the same period as that of 23AC,23ACA,23B then First file all the 23 Forms,,,,bcoz these are related to financial information only.

But 20B is for Annual return which comprises the overall activities of the Company and hence filed after all these 23 related forms.

Again if you see the due dates, last date for submitting 23 related forms are on 31st October and for submitting 20B is 30th November.

I hope you understand now.

All the forms are pertaining to peroid ending 31st march 2009.

fORM 66 IS ALSO TO FILED FOR COMPLIANCE CERTIFICATE FORM COMPANY SECRETEARY.
fORM 23B FOR APPOINTMENT OF AUDITOR .
FORM 23AC/23ACA
AFTERWARD FORM 20B.

since I am filling late when I have to make payment before uploading the forms or afterwards it will do??
will it attract penalty/interest??
