pls guide me in the case if Buyer has lost its all the excise Invoice copies.. what is the further procedure to request the supplier to reissue the same??? uner which notification???

i don't think there is any procedure to reissue the invoice under excise act.
if it is required for Cenvat credit, it can be availed on duplicate for transporter copy also.

Sir,
Buyer B has lost its all the Copies & He has askes supplier A to reissue the Invoice.. But A has asked for the copy of FIR.. While B has not done that.. so is there any reference that B can give to A as per the Central Excise Rules????

First you inform your rang superintendent get xerox invoice copy attsted and take cenvat.
