11 September 2012 I have filled form 1A and got the name approval,but now i find the there is a letter missing in the approved name.So what is the procedure for name change before incorporation.

File another Form1A with such corrected name other wise you can wait till ROC action on such Form. If the ROC is approved such Form-1A then u will file new Form-1A with corrected words.

11 September 2012 Thanks Ajay sir, but is it possible that ROC allot us the similar name within 1 day,because the same name has been allotted to us for 60 day for incorporate a company

11 September 2012 i would advice to file another form 1A with the correct name and attach an affidavit that the earlier name was applied by you only due to such mistake you would not incorporate the company with that name.

Your correct name will be approved, then incorporate the Company with the correct name.
