Mr X is in UP.He got the order for printing on flex (matter is provided to him) & have to display the flex banner at places directed to him.
Mr X will get these banner printed from Mr Y whoe charges Vat @ 4.5%.
In the above whether service tax or vat will be attracted.The work order is more than 15 lacs.
