01 December 2010 If a proprietor wants to regsiter his concern under ST, though his turnover is NIL. He is providing coaching services. so whether any undertaking if required to be furnished. Registration is to be done in Noida. officer is asking for that. if anybody have the format please upload.

01 December 2010 Go to ACES, www.aces.gov.in; get yourself registered, submit the documents to the range office.

01 December 2010 I have done all the preliminary requisites.
Sir, but he is not accepting the docs. points one or other discrepancy every time I go to deposit.
I resolved the defeciency but now he asking for the undertaking. And i am unable to track, what should be undertaking like??

02 December 2010 Refuse to give undertaking in simple words... let the Inspector know that you are aware of citizen charter (you can get a text on www.cbec.gov.in) and let him know that if your documents are not accepted on spot, you will bring this violation of citizen charter in the knowledge of board.
