Dear sir,
I am working in pvt company one of my manpower supplier vendor charging some bills charging service charge + service tax and few bills charging only service charge . please advice me on which bills i have pay service tax under reverse charge mechanism.

Irrespective of fact that whether your service provider charged service tax on his invoice or not

As per reverse charge mechanism it is the responsibility of Service receiver(Business entity registered as body corporate) to pay his part of service tax directly to department using GAR 7 challan under his service tax number.

In case of manpower supply you suppose to pay 75% of Service tax to dept.

if the vendor is other than PVT LTd/ LTd company you have to pay reverse charge on labour charges.
you have to pay 75% of tax it will be 9.27% will paid by you.
