07 September 2014 sir, i forgot to claim my tds and self assessemet tax during filling ITR of assessment years 2009-10, now how i can claim that unclaim amount Rs 9015/-. i filled my ITR online on 27/03/2010 i.e. late

07 September 2014 You can not claim it now. Wait for Intimation u/s 143 (1) after that apply for rectification u/s 154.

07 September 2014 i filled revised itr on 23/07/2010 on line .CPC transfer it to juridiction officer . concered ito declare it invalid and nullify revised ITR because original ITR is not u/s 139(1) .NOW when i try to rectify u/s 154 on line it show rectification appllication is already present .on checking status of rectification it show no intimation present .can i apply off line to CPC for rectification u/s 154 according to incometax circular no. 4 of 2012 dated 20/06/2012

07 September 2014 1st of all you can not file revised return since the Original return was filed late and not within due date. So revised return submitted by you is invalid.
But it should not show rectification application already present since you did not submit any rectification request u/s 154. If that be the case you should submit offline rectification request u/ 154 to your concerned AO.

21 September 2014 THAKS to guide properly. sir i fille application u/s 154 to A.O off line .as intimation u/s 143(1) was on 27/07/2010 and time expire >4 years Is it right way to claim
