UGt: Transfer & Termination of articleship

11 February 2009 What is Difference between transfer from articleship and termination of articleship because employer is not ready to give transfer but he is ready to give termination. should termination be opted. pls reply ugtly as i am in a fix.

it means you will not get credi for articleship.
transfer : 109 form
it means you will continue your articleship.
Never accept termination as it will lead to waste of your months of articleship.
