Trf excisable goods to another unit for manufacturing

Dear experts,
the company want to send the excisable goods to another company's unit which is located in M.P from U.P, the company's M.P unit is not registered in excise therefore M.P unit cannot avail the cenvat credit, plz tell me is there any way to send the excisable goods without excise payment,

If one unit is registered and another is not registered then you can send the goods for job work or any other purpose under rule 4(5)a cenvat credit provision. If any other issue then you should consult with any professional.
