Transfer of Stock to Branch

Hi,
Friends & Respected Experts,
If the inventory is transfered to Branch situated in other State, then should the branch get the input VAT credit, or will the Head Office get the output VAT credit?
Please advise the treament of the same.

Branch will not get ITC.
HO's ITC will be reversed as poer the Act of the state of the HO.
