At present i am carrying Retail Business of Medical Store on the Licence of person "A" and now i want carry the business on my own medical licence.
Q -1 Can i Transfer the entire Stock from "A" to My own licence at cost price and carry the business?
if yes,
then should i need to make any agreement for that?
Or
Q - 2 If Mr.A sells the whole stock at cost price to me then Mr A is lible to pay any VAT under MVAT Act?
please help me asap....

2. If you have obtained Separate TIN No
then you may purchase the entire stock
at Cost Price and carry on business.
If Mr. A sells the stock to you then
he is liable to pay Vat as per rates under MVAT act.
