08 February 2010 How to do transfer of shares if transfer deed is not available in back date and what will be consequences if transfer is made for past transfer in current date transfer deed?

08 February 2010 If you want to transfer shares in back date then transfer deed in back date is mandatory.

Transfer will be illegal if transfer is made for past transfer in current date transfer deed as the same is simply not possible.
