Transfer of goods from one branch to another branch

18 February 2012 X company is having a branch in Hyderabad and another branch in Bangalore, now they wanted to transfer goods from Bangalore to Hyderabad. FORM F is required to be issued....

my question is that we have to submit the form F in the CTO offices of both Bangalore and Hyderabad is it correct?

18 February 2012 Incase of the transfer of goods, F form shall be obtained by the receipient of the goods and be issued to the transforer of the goods.. The transferor of the goods is required to submit the same with the commercial tax department.
