14 June 2012 What company law compliance to be considered for transfering a car from a company to ex-non wholetime director.

I think you are transferring company property to ex non WTO means non executive. Please check the terms of appointment of director if it is given that the company will provide transport facility, then you can take approval from Board/Committee for doing so.
